Payment options

PayPal Acceptance Mark

All payments are processed by PayPal. You will be forwarded to PayPal during checkout to make your payment You can either pay using your PayPal account or with a credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.. You can pay with your debit card or credit card through PayPal without having a PayPal account.


All orders are shipped from the UK as registered packages through Royal Mail.

Smaller images are shipped in a sturdy photo mailer that is further reinforced with a piece of thick recyclable backing board for more protection. Larger images are delicately rolled and shipped in thick walled tubes to prevent damage during transit.


None custom orders are ready to dispatch within 1-2 business days. UK Mainland orders will be delivered between 2 to 4 business days while international orders will be delivered between 5 to 12 business days.

International orders destined for countries outside the European Union (EU) may incur minor delays as a result of customs processing. Import duties may apply in your country for your particular order so please check before placing your order.

Xemival Ltd holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

Tracking information

For yours and our peace of mind, all orders are shipped as registered mail so tracking information is available. The tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail after your order has been shipped together with a web link on which you can regularly check the status of your shipment.

Lost or stolen shipment

If the tracking information indicate that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, then please contact us and we will investigate the issue and locate the package. If the package is truly lost, then we will replace the item or refund you.

Damaged shipment

Please contact us for a replacement if the package arrives damaged. We would need to see some proof of damage in the form of pictures. This will help us improve our packaging to prevent further damage.

Returns and Refunds

If you do change your mind after receiving your order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. We will need the item returned to us in its original condition without any damage before we can process a refund.

UK Mainland
Returns from UK Mainland are free and will be handled by CollectPlus - Contact us if you want to return an item and we will purchase a shipping label from CollectPlus. The label will be sent to you to via e-mail. You can then print the label, tick it on the package, and drop it off at the nearest CollectPlus drop-off.

International customers will have to pay for postage for returns. Will process your refund after receiving the item. We have not been able to locate a cost effective courier to enable us offer FREE international returns. If you know of one please write to us and let us know and we will trying working with them.
